Anti-UV microcapsules are anti-UV products acquired by encapsulating UV-light protective agent with encapsulation technology.According to the latest regulations released by China Food and Drug Administration on June 1, 2016, the highest mark for domestic sun protection factor (SPF) is increased from 30+ to 50+, and the highest mark for ultraviolet a (UVA) protecting effect is stipulated as PA++++. In order to meet the requirements in the new regulations, so as to increase the SPF index and the protecting effect, it is required to add more ultraviolet absorber monomer compounds with risks of penetration into skins, leading to increased toxicity and product cost.

       Xiangjie anti-UV microcapsule products not only significantly increase the SPF value, skin-friendliness and waterproofness of sun blocking products, but also provide the best method for isolating skins from chemicals with potential hazards. Therefore, they can be applied to cosmetic products such as sun creams or make-up bases, or fiber fabrics such as sun blocking clothes. 




Main performance of the products:
Avoiding toxicity: The products can avoid toxicity generated by permeation of UV-light protective agent into skin effectively.
Increasing SPF value: The SPF value of Xiangjie anti-UV microcapsules is 90% higher than that of primary products of anti-UV microcapsules with the same weight, so as to achieve the same sun blocking effect while greatly reduce the dosage of the protective agent.
Increasing waterproofness: Microcapsules are easy to be dispersed in product ingredients such as sun creams, which greatly improve the waterproofness of sun creams on surface of skins.
