In order to "realize the common growth of the company and employees, the company has formulated and established a perfect training system and system, and organizes multi-level training for employees of different levels. Induction training

The company provides perfect induction training for each new employee, publicizes and implements corporate culture, integrity and ethics, corporate system, etc., and helps the employee integrate quickly. The college students who are recruited by the company will receive special training for no less than half a month before they are officially employed

Daily training

The company will provide work methods and skills training to employees from time to time according to work needs to help them improve their work ability.
